We collect the following data when you use our website: Contact form data: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is submitted via Web3Forms and sent directly to our email. Analytics data (with your consent): If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog (EU Cloud) to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our website — such as pages visited and clicks on buttons. No personally identifiable information is collected.

3. Why do we collect this data?

Contact form: To respond to your inquiry and schedule an intake conversation. Legal basis: legitimate interest / execution of a (pre-)contract. Analytics: To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw this at any time via the cookie preferences in the footer).

4. How long do we keep your data?

Contact form submissions: We keep your messages for a maximum of 12 months after our last contact. Analytics data: Anonymous usage data is retained for a maximum of 12 months in PostHog EU Cloud. We do not retain data longer than necessary for the stated purpose.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We share your data with the following third parties: Web3Forms (webforms.com) — for processing contact form submissions. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and not stored on their servers beyond delivery. PostHog (posthog.com, EU Cloud) — for anonymous analytics, only after your consent. Data is stored within the European Union. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
